Terms and Conditions – Rocket21 Challenge LLC

  1. When These Terms Apply
     These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are established between you and Rocket21 Challenge LLC (the “Company”) and govern your account and the use of the services provided by the Company, including services under an evaluation program such as funded trader or related auxiliary services. These Terms take effect immediately after the successful registration of your account and remain in effect until terminated or you cease using the services in accordance with Clause 18.

By registering your account and using the services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. What You Are Subscribing To
     2.1 Trading Skill Evaluation
     (a) By creating an account and paying the access fee, you agree that the Company will evaluate your trading skills in a proprietary demo account using virtual funds for conducting trades according to the evaluation criteria of the selected evaluation program.

(b) The funds in the evaluation account are virtual and do not represent real money. The Company provides a simulated trading environment to assess your skills without actual financial risk. There is no guarantee that after successfully completing the evaluation, you will be offered a funded account with real capital.

2.2 Funded Trader
 (a) If your trading skills are positively evaluated and you meet the established criteria, the Company may offer you a role as a funded trader, which will involve the use of real funds. This role is optional, and you may either accept or reject it.

(b) As a funded trader, you will be assigned a trading capital (the amount corresponding to your evaluation program) with which you will conduct trades aiming to generate a nominal net profit in each trading period.

  1. Preliminary Considerations
     3.1 Modifications to These Terms
     The Company may modify these Terms at any time to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, protect its systems, processes, and other users (including other funded traders), and ensure the continued provision of services in a commercially reasonable and sustainable manner.

When such changes significantly affect the services or their delivery, you will be notified in writing before the changes are implemented or as soon as possible after their implementation.

  1. Residency Acknowledgment and Liability Disclaimer
     You acknowledge, represent, and agree that you are not, and will not be at any time during the use of the services, a citizen or resident (permanent or otherwise) of a restricted jurisdiction. You further acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and that you are permitted to use the services. You fully release the Company and its personnel from any loss, damage, or liability arising out of or related to the establishment of your account or use of the services in any jurisdiction where its use is illegal or not permitted, including your country of citizenship or residence.
  2. Privacy
     Your use of Rocket21 services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which you should review carefully as it also governs the collection and use of your personal data.
  3. Electronic Communications
     By using Rocket21 services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, which will be considered as fulfilling any legal requirement for written communications.
  4. Your Account
     If you use the Rocket21 website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Rocket21 reserves the right to cancel your account or suspend your access to services if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are detected.
  5. Evaluation Accounts and Funded Accounts
     (a) The evaluation accounts provided by Rocket21 are demo accounts with virtual funds. Trades executed in these accounts will be evaluated according to the Company’s performance criteria.
     (b) If you meet the evaluation criteria, you may be offered a funded account with real capital, under the Company’s specific terms.
  6. Prohibited Use and Intellectual Property
     You may not use Rocket21’s website for illegal purposes or engage in activities that may damage or disable access to our services. You must also respect our intellectual property rights.
  7. Links to Third-Party Websites
     Rocket21 may contain links to third-party websites, but we do not have control over these sites and are not responsible for their content.
  8. Legal and Market Compliance
     Rocket21 follows responsible business practices and prohibits market manipulation or any other unfair trading practices.
  9. Indemnification
     You agree to indemnify and defend Rocket21 and its affiliates against any loss or damage arising from your use of the services.
  10. Dispute Resolution
     Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, in a mutually agreed location and under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  11. Termination of Access
     Rocket21 reserves the right to terminate access to the services for any violation of these Terms or if you have been inactive for a prolonged period.
  12. Modifications to the Terms
     Rocket21 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and the most current version will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
